I have a work partner who absolutely loves this place but I honestly feel that its mediocre and pretty basic. The staff can be awesome or extremely rude depending on when go you, I guess. It's pretty much your rin of the mill neighborhood sports bar. Everything there is pretty much just ok which is fine for most people but having the option, it's never my first choice.

Awesome place. We go there as a team at least once a week. Amy knows us now and is good at knowing what we want and making suggestions about their beer rotations even though we've been on a Delirium trip lately. Great food, reasonable prices, and a chill atmosphere.

This place is amazing!! Friendly staff (plus plus) and great food. My daughter had wings and fried cheese. I had the chopped salad and an adult beverage that was strong, but VERY tasty! I left full and relaxed!! Will definitely return and I love the open feel and the pleasant atmosphere of this bar and grill. Great job guys.

Food was great, drinks were good, service was ok. Good portions of food. Prices were normal. It was nice sitting outside enjoying the city's weather. Will be back again!

Amazing sweet potatoe fries and spicy non breaded wings(they weren't really spicy so you don't have to worry)

Nothing really sets this place apart. It's pretty much a basic bar with higher priced cocktails. Service is decent but, at times, can be really slow.

Great place to go anytime. TVs for sports. Great atmosphere with a large fireplace, great service. Tasty food.

Great outdoor seating and my waitress even got a bowl of water for my dog! Great food and great experience!

The place was just as good as expected for a bar and grill. The best item we had was the fried green tomato slider! Delicious and wish we had gotten more.

Food is good. Wait staff appears nice. This is my first time patronizing this place.It is nice to just sit and not be disturbed. But a nice, "how is everything", would have been cool.The cocktail I had I didn't taste any alcohol, so it was nice to get full flavor, and still get the nice buzz that was subtle.Maybe with the Covid issue it is harder to be more outgoing, but this is the time we really need it.Go for the food, it is good.

Great place to watch sports games. On Sunday they play all nfl games, not just the bears. They also have a great selection for food including typical bar food, salads, etc. Decent vegetarian options as well. Pulled pork, hamburgers, and grilled chicken are all good. Fresh cut fries are great. They also have brunch on the weekends.

Solid sports bar. Good beer selection. Food was better than average for a sports bar. Service was the right level of attentive.

What else does a guy want in a sports bar? Everything was on point as the drink options plentiful, food better than average and our server perfect! We sat comfortably and enjoyed a Bears win. The philly cheese steak and fries were a good pick and the place spacious, clean and friendly.

For a sports bar not bad. We were there early evening on a Thursday.and place was almost empty. Other than our party a couple of families and a few couples. Place is huge but TV's don't overwhelm. However on a Hawks night it will be packed. Nice open air area in front of bar. Just had drinks and a couple of fried appetizers so can't really rate food.

Great pre-Hawks game stop for better than your average bar fare. They also have a shuttle that runs you too the UC, which is great....especially on Sundays when parking around Crossroads is free. Save the $20+ on parking and use it to tip your server/bartender/driver!

Nice neighborhood bar with lots of beer on tap and po’boys. Plenty of tvs to see a variety of games simultaneously. Nothing fancy. Very comfortable.

Great atmosphere, drinks, food and service.

They have the driest burger I've ever had in my entire life. I had to chase it down with my drink just so it would slide easier down my gullet. Only ended up eating a bite and a half before I called it. The starters weren't as bad so I just finished those instead. Didn't help that the service was almost nonexistent. We were the ONLY table in the whole place and we still had to flag down the waitress because she was too preoccupied on her phone. We ended up requesting the check while ordering our last round of drinks just so we could get out of there faster. Ended our night at another bar which was 10x better than this.

Great neighborhood spot to grab drinks and dinner. Highly recommend the pulled pork & two thumbs up for the taco salad!

Drinks were great , service wasnt the best and they were NOT busy when I arrived. Wished my waitress could have talked a bit more since It was my first Day in Chicago. Cant blame her,still giving it 4 starts Its a cool bar , patio was nice .

This place is great for a bite to eat. While the restaurant part of this business is almost always understaffed, the staff is still really good at taking care of their customers. For bar food, this food is better than expected. They have a good selection of food items to choose from on their menu. They have healthy to not so healthy options. The drinks here are made correctly, not weak, but not strong. There is always plenty of seating. This is a great place to watch a game or have a bite with a friend. There is an outdoor patio that is dog friendly. When you can't decide where to go, but want something easy and without being expensive this place is the perfect option. #dogfriendly #bar #food #nearwestside

This restaurant is AMAZING! They have a great casual vibe, with a warm atmosphere, and the owners and managers are incredible. We held a work happy hour gathering there and Greg took care of everything for me. All I had to do was give him a headcount and a budget and he ran the rest. My boss was really impressed, the food was incredible, great prices, and our sales team had a great time. If you are looking for an excellent place to hold a large group gathering, look no further than The Crossroads Chicago!

Great place to watch sports or grab a bite before a Bulls game. Drinks reasonably priced and friendly wait staff.

Great local spot in West Loop. They have a solid rotation of drink and food specials, as well as free shuttles to United Center events. The staff is extremely friendly, and usually quick to recommend a suggestion if you're in doubt of what to try. Typically they will provide video and audio of the Blackhawks games and sometimes football or Cubs baseball.

Got the wings, pretty good, but the best thing I tried here are the cheese curds.

Great atmosphere, love the cheese curds! They have shuttle buses to United Center - call them to get more details. It can get very busy and crowded. On a couple of occasions we've had a nig group and we were able to reserve a couple of tables. There is street parking but you need to pay for it.
